What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Lending Analyst position at ZTEKIN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED?
Description:
Manage and ensure timely loan and return settlement in all markets and resolve related issues daily.
Ensure appropriate collateral is agreed and transacted with counterparties daily. Calculate margin requirements to ensure compliance with internal and client guidelines, and provide reporting to auditors, management and clients.
Ensure sufficiency management is reviewed with appropriate actions taken to mitigate securities lending risks to client investment portfolios.
Must-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of financial markets and securities lending
- Strong regulatory and risk awareness
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with settlements, collateral, margin, and reconciliations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of APAC market regimes
- SQL or Python programming skills for workflow efficiency
- Experience with Aladdin applications (Dashboard, Trade Entry, Security Master, CAM)
- Prior involvement in industry associations or vendor initiatives
- Experience supporting or improving technology platforms for securities lending
Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required
