Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform development
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop integrations, support data migration, and implement scalable platform solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for code quality, security, DevOps, and governance.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, QA, and business teams in Agile delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and leverage AI tools to improve development productivity.
