Job Description: Senior Manager, Operations Strategy - Supply Chain
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy will be a key driver in shaping and executing client’s end-to-end (E2E) supply chain transformation agenda. This role will focus on designing and implementing future-ready operating models, leveraging analytics, technology, and process innovation to enhance efficiency, agility, and collaboration across Global Supply Chain.
You will work closely with leaders across brands and functions to define strategic priorities, operationalize transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategic Leadership and Transformation
• Develop and drive key elements of the Supply Chain Strategy roadmap, focusing on end-to-end capability building across logistics, product development, sourcing, and inventory management.
Operational Excellence and Program Management
• Design and implement operational frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics to track progress and impact of transformation programs.
• Manage recurring cross-functional engagement to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and milestones.
• Anticipate risks and roadblocks; proactively develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum and business continuity.
Change Management
• Drive enterprise-wide change management, including rollout, training, and communication plans to embed new ways of working.
WHO YOU ARE:
• 10 years of total experience, including 3 years in management consulting/strategy, supply chain and/or retail operations
• Demonstrated ability of understanding both operational details and bigger picture strategy
• Deep experience with process design, capability building and change management
• Experienced in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong governance and measurable outcomes.
• Highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling, reporting, and interpreting operational and financial data.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships and influence cross-functional leaders
• Excellent communicator, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
