Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce capabilities as required.
- Support CI/CD and deployment processes using tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
Required Skills
- 4 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce deployments and release management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, or Application Architect.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
