📍 Location: Cambridge, MA – Onsite

Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of IT/desktop/system support experience
- Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and workstation administration
- Hardware, software, drivers & peripheral troubleshooting
- Active Directory & domain-joined workstation experience
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, network shares
- Software/application compatibility troubleshooting
- Backup, restoration & data migration experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and work with vendors, infrastructure teams & end users
- Onsite support for Windows 10 → Windows 11 upgrades and workstation replacements
Responsibilities:
- Assess Windows 10 workstations for Windows 11 readiness
- Build, configure, and deploy Windows 11 workstations
- Install/configure business, laboratory, and instrument-control applications
- Migrate approved data, configurations, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot connectivity, applications, permissions, drivers, and hardware
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on compatibility issues
- Document assessments, migrations, issues, and resolutions
- Follow project procedures, security requirements, SOPs, and applicable GxP practices
