- Hands-on experience managing certification and agency submissions
Technical & Functional Skills
- Deep knowledge of product certification and compliance processes
- Experience working with testing laboratories and certification agencies (e.g., UL, FM, ATEX, IECEx, CSA)
- Ability to lead and manage testing regimens end-to-end
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience ensuring products achieve successful certifications
Soft Skills
- Strong project leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams
