Job Description
The Automic Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the Automic upgrade and day-to-day operations and support of Automic. They will receive direction from the Technical Manager supporting Automic.
Skills required include:
- Experience monitoring, alerting, and notification features within Automic.
- Skilled in managing version upgrades, patch deployments and environmental health checks.
- Ability to provide guidance to other team members regarding Automic.
- Coordinating with team members, assisting in project timelines, and resolving technical issues.
- Ensuring project goals are met and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Interacting with stakeholders, conducting project scope, timelines, and resources decision-making.
- Monitoring and evaluating new technologies and trends.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.
