What You Will Do
- Customer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations
- Order management – oversee delivery execution of customer orders
- Coordinate with logistics on shipments
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineer; or related field from an accredited college
- Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Materials Planning knowledge, Order fulfillment
- Managing Commitment risks
- Background in Supply Chain Planning / Management
- Dedicated and high sense of job ownership.
- Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow through.
- Proven ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
- Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
- Possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
