Role Overview
We’re seeking motivated, local part-time Kitchen & Bath or Box-Store Sales Professionals, or Designers in Jacksonville, Tampa, and Melbourne to perform in-home estimates for countertop projects. You’ll be given layout plans, and your job is to meet with homeowners, consult with them about their material, accessory, and design options and close deals!
This is a commission-only role: no base salary, just earnings based on the projects you sell. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to supplement their income with a job they love to do.
Locations: Jacksonville, Tampa, Melbourne, FL
Type: Part-time, 100% commission base only
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on qualified leads.
- Schedule your in-home consultation around your schedule.
- Visit customers in their homes to review layouts and take measurements.
- Present and explain various countertop materials (granite, quartz, etc.), installation process, and pricing.
- Provide detailed estimates based on the provided layout
- Build relationships and guide customers toward a sale
- Close deals independently
Compensation
- Commission-only pay: 6% of your gross sales!

- Designers, kitchen & bath professionals, or home-remodeling consultants looking for extra income.
- Self-starters with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in sales, design, or construction is a big plus.
- Reliable transportation for in-home appointments.
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction.
- Organized and able to manage your own schedule.
