Strategic Alliances Business Development Lead
We seek an experienced business development teammate to play a critical role in growing and managing high–impact partnerships for ZS. This person will possess strong partnerships experience, have a customer first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with key strategic partnerships;
- Own the revenue target for partnership, build pipeline, and execute partner marketing and enablement;
- Work with ZS client teams, partners and customers to do effective presentations/demos and evangelize ZS solutions with partners;
- Collaborate effectively with practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships;
- Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on assigned partner/s, helping with enablement across wider ZS.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred;
- 6 years of prior relevant work experience, preferably managing partnerships or in a pre-sales role;
- Comfort in leading sales cycles;
- Customer-centric mind to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
