We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized E-Commerce Listing Specialist / Warehouse Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing product listings across eBay and other online sales platforms, while also assisting with general warehouse operations as needed.
This position is ideal for someone who has strong organizational skills, good communication, and an eye for presentation. The right candidate will play an important role in helping products move efficiently from intake to listing to sale by keeping accurate records, coordinating with our tech department, and creating quality listings with strong photos and descriptions.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and update product listings on eBay and other online marketplaces.
- Write clear, accurate, and appealing product titles, descriptions, and item specifics to help drive sales.
- Take high-quality product photos that clearly showcase the condition, features, and value of each item.
- Keep track of where items come from, where they are stored, and where they go once processed or sold.
- Maintain organized records for inventory movement, listing status, and product location.
- Communicate closely with the tech department to gather accurate specifications, testing results, and other important product details needed for listings.
- Ensure listed items are matched correctly to their condition, accessories, and identifying information.
- Assist with warehouse tasks when needed, including organizing inventory, moving items, labeling products, and helping maintain workflow efficiency.
- Help ensure products are properly staged, stored, and prepared for sale.
- Monitor listings for accuracy and make updates when necessary.
- Meet monthly listing and productivity quotas as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience with eBay listings, online marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
- Comfortable taking product photos and presenting items in a way that supports strong online sales.
- Good written communication skills for creating professional and effective listings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple items and tasks at once.
- Ability to work closely with different departments, especially technicians and warehouse staff.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, computer parts, or general merchandise is a plus.
- Comfortable working in both a desk-based listing role and a hands-on warehouse environment when needed.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work toward performance goals and meet monthly quotas.

Employees who successfully complete a 3-month probationary period and meet performance expectations will become eligible for a bonus structure, based on productivity, accuracy, and monthly quota performance.
