Step onto the production floor at the Dripping Springs Warehouse and join a team shaping the future of mobility tech. As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll be a full-time, permanent member of Flash Parking, assembling and packaging high-quality electromechanical and mechanical products that meet inventory targets and customer needs.
Where you’ll work and when
- Location: Dripping Springs Warehouse, Onsite
- Shift: Mon-Fri 7 am-3:30 pm

A day in the role
- Count and track parts, fasteners, and tools needed for builds.
- Evaluate the quality of incoming parts and materials before use.
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical units using electric screwdrivers and hand tools.
- Kit OEM components into complete product bundles ready for build and shipment.
- Test and inspect finished assemblies to catch and resolve defects.
- Package and palletize completed products for safe transport.
- Follow written and verbal work instructions; read and interpret engineering drawings and technical terminology.
- Complete work orders and accurately record serialization information.
- Maintain a safe warehouse workspace, keeping stations clean and organized.
What you bring
Technical
- 6 months assembling mechanical products using electric screwdrivers and hand tools.
- 6 months electromechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to solder preferred.
- Comfort standing for extended periods.
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Thorough knowledge of Windows PC / Linux environments and associated components (preferred).
- Basic computer skills: emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management, and form filing.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required. Employees may be trained and certified to operate a forklift; however, forklift operation will only be required after successful completion of company training and certification.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, occasionally with assistance from another team member.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality standards
- Familiarity with 5S methodologies

Compensation
$20-$25 an hour
Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
