We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in hiring for Oracle ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will partner with project delivery teams, practice leaders, and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top Oracle ERP talent across functional, technical, and project management roles.
This role requires deep understanding of ERP transformation initiatives, Oracle Cloud ERP modules, and the skills essential for successful implementation projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on Oracle ERP or enterprise software hiring.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, etc.) and related technical skill sets (Integration, BI, Functional Consulting, etc.).
- Experience hiring for implementation, migration, or upgrade projects (EBS to Cloud preferred).
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, Boolean search).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet project-based hiring deadlines.
