The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role acts as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection)
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Promote a positive workplace culture
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure HR policies are updated and implemented
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Support goal setting and employee development plans
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in audits and HR reporting
