What are the responsibilities and job description for the childcare teacher position at ZPD CHILDREN LEARNING CENTER?
The Teacher must be sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults. Teachers are responsible for, but not limited to the following criteria . Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum, the ordered arrangement, appearance, décor, and learning environment. equal share of the joint housekeeping responsibilities of the staff. - Attending all staff meetings, planning, and implementing one staff-training meeting. Meeting the needs of children with different learning abilities. Provide safe, responsive, stimulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines. Gearing the program to the needs of individual children, with concern for their interests, challenges, special talents, and individual styles and paces of learning. Assisting in public-relations events sponsored by the center . Ensure compliance with all DCFS,IDHS,CDC,ISBE,USDA rules and regulations.
We will utilize the TSG Creative Curriculum
Bright Wheel and Child Plus
Every room is equipped with computer device . We will service children 6 weeks old to 6 years old. We have an outside adjacent enclosed playground . Plenty of parking AND staff lounge
