As our General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our restaurant: guiding a dedicated team, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome, and that every recipe reflects our family’s standards. You’ll drive daily operations with integrity and passion, making sure our food and hospitality stay true to our roots — while helping us grow.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations — from kitchen flow and counter service to dining room and catering — ensuring seamless execution and an outstanding guest experience.

· Recruit, train, and mentor team members who consistently adhere to our recipes and customer service standards.

· Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety, maintaining full compliance with local and federal regulations.

· Oversee inventory, ordering, waste control, and vendor partnerships to keep operations efficient while preserving quality.

· Use Toast POS to stay connected to daily operations, track sales trends and support your team’s workflow.

· Use Sling to schedule team members effectively, ensuring strong coverage and balanced workloads.

· Engage with guests daily — welcoming feedback, resolving concerns with care, and building authentic loyalty through hospitality.

· Represent Zozo’s Kitchen in the community, fostering relationships that celebrate our mission of fresh, clean, and simple food made with heart.

Basic Qualifications

· Proven experience in restaurant management (fast-casual preferred) or similar operations role.

· Strong knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and kitchen/guest service operations.

· Excellent leadership skills: able to motivate, build, and manage a diverse team.

· An eye for detail, operational discipline, and a passion for fresh, clean food.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in a concept with fresh / healthy / fast-casual positioning.

· Background in hospitality, kitchen management, or a brand-driven restaurant environment.

· Familiarity with catering, off-site events, or building community partnerships.
