Catering Delivery Driver
Zozo’s is looking for a dependable, professional Catering Delivery Driver to help bring our food—and our hospitality—to customers throughout the Birmingham metro area.
You’ll be the final step in every catering order, so punctuality, accuracy, and a friendly attitude matter. The ideal candidate takes pride in representing Zozo’s, handles every order with care, and understands that great service continues beyond our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Pick up catering orders from Zozo’s and deliver them safely and on time
- Verify each order before leaving the restaurant
- Load, transport, and unload food carefully to preserve its quality and presentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Zozo’s team
- Follow delivery instructions and provide updates when needed
- Keep catering items organized and secure during transport
- Represent Zozo’s with a polished appearance and a warm, helpful attitude
- Assist with light catering setup when requested
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Vehicle must be clean, well maintained, odor-free, and completely smoke-free
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and delivery communication
- Able to lift and carry catering bags, boxes, and supplies safely
- Delivery, restaurant, catering, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
