Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$65,900.00 to$109,800.00.

The pay range provided above is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.
The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.

This is a hybrid position that is onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago 3 days a week.
- Analyze data to identify trends and outliers, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions and align with our Strategic Framework.
- Contribute to continuously improving procurement operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to align with strategic priorities.
- Ensure internal partners are aware of and compliant with standard procurement operational processes. (e.g., item additions, discontinuations).
- Collaborate with suppliers to fulfill cross-functional needs, such as enhanced content and product information requests.
- Assist Supplier Managers in creating and executing program strategies, including goal setting, performance tracking, and aligning with broader business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 years experience in Supplier Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field. required
- Experience applying financial concepts such as sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), profit margins, and unit sales.
- Experience analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft, Power BI, SQL and building a data insights driven story. (e.g. Excel including pivot tables, slicers, VLOOKUP], Word, Access dB, PowerPoint)
