We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Safety Coordinator to champion safety excellence across our construction sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities from pre-construction through completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with NYC building code, NYC Department of Buildings
regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership to resolve design and field issues.
- Provide leadership to on-site teams and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Completed 10 mid-rise residential or mixed-use buildings (8–20 stories) in NYC.
- Strong command of NYC Building Code and permitting processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Pay: $80.00 per hour
