Your role at ZorgDomein
We’re growing in a complex healthcare IT environment where security, reliability, and speed all come together. For at least two multidisciplinary teams, you’ll facilitate focused Scrum events (planning, daily, review, retrospective) with clear preparation, tight timeboxes, and tangible outcomes. You’ll remove obstacles and manage dependencies, foster ownership and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance without losing flow.
Across the organization, you’ll improve Agile practices and strengthen transparency, commitment, and focus (think visible dashboards, clear Definitions of Ready/Done, and effective refinements). You’ll coach Product Owners and fellow Scrum Masters on empirical working, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making and act as an Agile ambassador toward stakeholders.
About you
Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven impact across multiple teams and/or organizations.
Strong coaching and facilitation skills , you move easily between individuals, teams and the wider organization.
Experience with (or motivation for) organizational change and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, you connect strategy to daily practice and bring stakeholders along with you.
Proactive, hands-on, and constructively assertive when needed, you tackle impediments, even across team boundaries.
Familiar with common tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) and metrics visualization.
Affinity with IT and healthcare is a plus; curiosity and pragmatism are what truly make the difference.
