What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Stack Software Engineer, Rider Support Tools Internship position at Zoox?
Our Operational Tools are essential for the safe and effective use of our ever-growing fleet of autonomous robotaxis. As an intern on our team, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers and remote operators to build full stack web applications to monitor and support our fleet at scale, provide in-vehicle visualization systems and provide live ride support to our growing rider base.
Interns at Zoox may not use any proprietary information they are working on as part of their thesis, any published work with their university, or to be distributed to anyone outside of Zoox.
Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Solid foundations in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Solid understanding of web technologies
- Experience with a Front End UI Framework (e.g Vue, React, Svelte)
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate consistently
Bonus Qualifications
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500 . Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
