We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Organizational Development Specialist to play a key strategic and operational role as part of our People team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and previous success in a wide range of People-related matters, including HR compliance, policy drafting, learning and development, performance management, and culture building.
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Be a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team in the US.
- Designing and implementing employee-centric policies and programs to serve the strategic goals of the People team.
- Identifying improvement areas in people-related processes, propose solutions for addressing them and implement approved solutions as needed.
- Identifying and addressing employee relations issues quickly and sensitively, exercising good judgment and discretion.
- Coaching managers on performance management and employee development.
- Support timely completion of various Employee related processes including Performance management, Benefits Enrollment, Learning Initiatives, Engagement Initiatives and surveys, and Talent Management processes.
- Oversee administration of employee databases, including those pertaining to payroll, benefits, and work visas, while practicing the highest level of discretion.
- Collaborating and building relationships with team members across departments, geographies and levels.
- Ideating and planning regular remote and in-person engagement events for teams to facilitate team cohesion.
- Build cohesive and mutually trusting relationships with people across the levels in the US Team.

Qualities of successful ZoomRx candidates include:
- 7 years of organizational development experience, preferably in a high-growth and fast-paced work environment
- Should have worked as a HRBP for at least 3-4 years in an organization with 500 employees
- Desirable Certifications – SHRM-CP/ SHRM-SCP/ PHR/ SPHR
- Strong foundation of knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with team members across departments, geographies and levels
- Demonstrated success in project and people management
- Ability to follow through on projects with minimal oversight
- Sound judgment and decision-making grounded in qualitative and quantitative data and analysis.
