As our Lead Groomer, you'll be the most experienced groomer on the Atlanta team. You'll set the quality standard, help shape how we run things from Day 1, and train the stylists who join as we add vans. We're opening a brand-new mobile grooming van and want a seasoned, professional groomer who's ready to lead as the business grows.

What You'll Do
- Groom dogs of all breeds and sizes with an expert level of care and skill
- Safely care for senior pets, pets with medical conditions, and pets with behavior challenges, using calm, cooperative care techniques
- Set and uphold grooming quality and safety standards for the Atlanta team
- Train, coach, and mentor Pet Stylists as we add vans
- Partner with the owners on operational flow, services, client needs, groomer needs, and any other feedback
- Be the face of the brand for our premium clientele — build relationships with pet parents

What We're Looking For
- 4 years of professional pet grooming experience
- Advanced styling skills: breed-standard and show-quality trims, hand scissoring, and expert knowledge of breeds, coat types, and professional tools
- Proven ability to safely handle senior pets, pets with medical needs, and anxious or challenging pets using cooperative care techniques
- Experience training, mentoring, or leading others — a strong plus
- Cat grooming experience — a plus, but not required
- Clean driver's license
- Strong communication, organization, and time management
- An ownership mindset — you want to help build something
