Shift Lead - Doggy Daycare

Get full-time pay & full-time hours in only 3 days of work! Work ONLY 3 days and receive. a guaranteed weekend day off! Ideally you have availability to begin at 6:00 to 6:30am and clock out around 7:00 PM. (All availabilities are encouraged to apply)

Compensation:

$19/hour plus tips ($0.50 - $2 / hour)

As a Shift Leader at ZOOMIES Pet Care, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the well-being of both our valued customers and the pets under our care. Essential Job Functions:

• Customer-Centric Approach: Uphold our boutique personalized service ethos, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the exceptional 5-star experience we provide. We are NOT a typical kennel we are a 5-star all-inclusive pet hotel, being kind and polite is our #1 requirement.
• Operational Excellence: Implement established processes efficiently and manage resources effectively during your shift. Collaborate closely with owners and managers to oversee hotel operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all pets and customers.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivated environment among team members. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Work closely with operator to handle hotel tasks
• Supervise and assist in any role needed to operate the hotel
• Responsible for the sanitation of all accommodations and outdoor areas * Performs body checks on to search for pre-existing conditions and/or injuries
• Has the ability to perform tasks at the request of the Managers/Owner

Qualifications:

• Must complete ZOOMIES education for Shift Leader
• Must be customer service oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a related field is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Some weekend and holiday hours are required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Stand outside (and inside) for extended periods regardless of the weather.
