Position: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
We are seeking an experienced NP or PA with a strong background in family medicine to join our team in a telehealth-focused role. This position is based out of our Queens or Brooklyn office, where providers conduct virtual visits with full clinical support.
Requirements:
* Licensed NP or PA in New York (required)
* Medicaid credentialed (required)
* Experience in family medicine / urgent care
* Basic comfort with technology
* Must work from our Queens or Brooklyn office
* New Jersey license (a strong plus)
