Responsibilities
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$150,800.00
Maximum
$329,900.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.

About The Team

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global security strategy that protects employees, facilities, and company assets.
- Direct security operations, including access, surveillance, and emergency response systems.
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage crises and ensure business continuity.
- Promote security awareness, training, and reporting across all teams and locations.
- Bring 10 years of corporate physical security experience, including 5 in global leadership.
- Demonstrate expertise in risk management, crisis response, and emergency planning.
- Understand security systems such as access control, CCTV, and monitoring centers.
- Lead and inspire high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
- Collaborate effectively with law enforcement and external security partners.
- Communicate clearly with leaders, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analyze and solve complex security challenges with sound judgment and data-driven insight.
- Hold relevant professional certifications or equivalent practical experience in security management.
