Responsibilities:
• Manage implementation of Workday Integration projects.
• Drive solution architecture and design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.
• Lead integration of Workday with other systems (e.g., Zuora, Netsuite, Salesforce) to enhance efficiency and data consistency.
• Design, maintain, monitor, and support all People Experience system integrations.
• Manage Workday platform architecture, including integrations, core HCM, compensation, benefits, payroll, and expenses.
• Consult on impacts and connect functional and integration aspects.
• Define change and problems, gather requirements, analyze, design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integrations.
• Prevent recurrence of issues through root cause analysis and solution implementation.
• Document knowledge and best practices to ensure high-quality services.
• Improve Workday Integration processes with innovative technologies and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
• Review new Workday releases for business impact and enhancements.
• Partner with leadership to drive initiatives and review new features.
• Oversee QA processes and participate in audits.
• Drive extensions via Workday Cloud Development Platform and automation initiatives.
• Manage Security Governance across modules.
• Own architecture and delivery in the Identity and Security domain.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelors degree in related fields or foreign equivalent.
• 7 years of relevant experience, including with Workday modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, etc.).
• Experience with HR business processes, Workday Security, workflows, integrations, Studio, and Cloud Connect.
• 4 years in Workday cloud applications and Workday Extend.
• Remote work permitted; no travel required.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum: $186,260.00
Maximum: $271,200.00
Additional compensation includes bonus and equity. Starting pay depends on qualifications and experience, with location-based variations.
