Role Description The Franchise Business Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and guiding franchise owners to achieve operational excellence and profitability. This role includes advising franchisees on business planning, local marketing strategies, and customer experience best practices, while helping them align with brand standards and growth objectives. The consultant will review financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide recommendations on P&L management, staffing, and resource allocation. Day-to-day activities involve conducting virtual check-ins and training sessions, developing action plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address franchisee needs. The person in this role will also contribute to continuous improvement of franchise systems, tools, and processes to support a consistent, high-quality Zoom Room experience across all locations.
