Role Overview
The Entry Level Mortgage Sales Representative plays a key support role in the loan origination process while actively developing the skills needed to grow into a licensed Loan officer. This position works directly with licensed LOs to assist with client communication, lead follow-up, file preparation, and overall pipeline management.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Communicating with clients to guide them through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing
• Making outbound and follow-up calls to warm leads, referral partners, and past clients
• Collecting and reviewing required documentation to ensure accurate and complete loan files
• Working closely with processing and underwriting teams to move files efficiently through the pipeline
• Providing consistent updates to clients and referral partners to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Managing pipeline activity, tracking milestones, and maintaining detailed CRM notes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional service

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) who is self‑directed, proactive, accountable, and comfortable owning their pipeline in a broker environment.
- Has prior loan origination experience (preferred, but not required at this time)
- Can work company‑provided leads while operating with autonomy
- Is familiar with the broker model and wholesale lending environment
- Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections confidently, and deliver exceptional customer service
