We’re Hiring: Closing Specialist

Zoom Home Lending is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Closing Specialist to join our team.


What You’ll Do

  • Review loan files for accuracy & compliance
  • Balance CDs and wire funds on time
  • Audit post-closing packages & clear deficiencies
  • Deliver clean, complete files to investors


What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of closing, funding or post-closing experience
  • Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA & investor guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Broker experience preferred
