We’re looking for a Mortgage Banking Solutions Consultant who knows how to restructure deals, build relationships, and close. You’ll be working directly with clients, guiding them from application to closing with the backing of a high-performing team.
Compensation

What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on mortgage solutions tailored to their goals
- Structure and present loan options clearly, with the ability to help clients currently in process with restructuring loans and getting them closed
- Manage deals from application to closing
- Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
- Work closely with ops to keep files moving fast
What We’re Looking For
- Mortgage / lending / banking experience preferred
- Strong sales mindset communication skills
- Ability to structure deals (not just quote rates)
- Competitive, self-driven, team player
- NMLS license a must
