PRODUCTION PRINT SERVICE TECHNICIAN

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Print Service Technician’s primary role is to support complex copier

and production print equipment within our customer base while ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed as outlined by the Management Team. This position is responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing complex copier and production print equipment on site and making sure all pertinent data is entered in the closing notes of each service call. This position would maintain an accurate car stock of relevant parts to meet customer expectations on first call fix rates.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIE

• STravel throughout a local, designated territory to provide onsite maintenance and repair of complex copier and production print equipmen
• tApply your customer service and strong communication skills to assist our customer
• sUse a company laptop computer and a company cell phone to record work orders details in our automated service dispatch syste
• mMaintain a parts inventor

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCE

• ED2 years of successful experience repairing complex copiers and production print equipment, including certifications on Canon’s and/or Xerox’s production lin
• esStrong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writt
• enProven ability to troubleshoot various service issu
• esValid driver’s license and a clean driving reco
• rdHigh school diploma or equivale
• ntAbility to lift and/or move devices weighing up to 100 l
