Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for both facilities and fleet vehicles to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair tasks.
- Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and addressing any repair needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fleet usage, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their facility and fleet needs and provide solutions to meet those requirements.
- Ensure that all facilities and fleet operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities and fleet maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead and train a team of maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in facilities management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities and fleet maintenance or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs for both facilities and fleet vehicles.
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of facilities management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Proficiency in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
