Service & Install Manager
The Service & Install Manager leads the day-to-day operations of both our service and installation departments, keeping Technicians aligned, productive, and held to Zoom's highest standards. This role is built for someone who thrives on accountability, coaching, and driving results across a fast-moving team. With a strong opportunity for advancement. This position comes with a Company Profit Share % for the right candidate- Experience in the Plumbing, Drain & Sewer Industry REQUIRED
What You'll Do
- Oversee and support Service Technicians and Install crews across both departments to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
- Communicate with install customers for Job estimates
- Hold technicians and installers accountable to Zoom's standards in sales performance, operational efficiency, and technical workmanship — through ride-alongs, site inspections, and regular coaching
- Track and report on key operational metrics across both service and install to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Manage and oversee the development of the next generation of technicians and installers
- Participate in advanced training and contribute to broader company leadership initiatives
- Ensure consistent adherence to Zoom's policies and procedures across both departments
What We're Looking For
Someone who leads from the front — equally comfortable in the field coaching a technician or installer as they are in the office reviewing performance data. You set the standard, hold the line, and make the team better every day.
Salary : $75,000 - $140,000
