Position Description
Reports to: Site Manager & Assistant Manager
Classification: Full-time
Locations: Milford
Summary:
Zoom Car Wash is seeking motivated and experienced Car Wash supervisor to help lead operations at our Milford location. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.
Supervises: Provides leadership and support to Car Wash Attendants to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise recruitment, training, and scheduling of team members to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and oversee routine maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement local marketing strategies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Dress for Success. Promote a positive work environment and uphold company standards, including uniform compliance.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with car wash equipment and cleaning chemicals (preferred).
- Ability to manage daily operational reports and performance metrics.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, outdoor setting.
- Physical activity may include lifting, moving equipment, and basic mechanical tasks.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred; car wash or mechanical industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well with people from all backgrounds with varying degrees of experience.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Desire to work as part of a team and willingness to promote the principles and views of Zoom Car Wash.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with company policy.
