Sales Associate

We are looking for individuals who love and are passionate towards the conservation and education of wildlife; upbeat & vibrant people who enjoy working with wildlife and people.

As a Sales Agent, you will perform guest reservations over the phone, clerical tasks, answer other incoming phone calls, provide customer facing support while checking-in guest, and provide general information to guest via e-mail and phone. You will have a chance to showcase great customer service support and sales skills closing on reservations, checking-in guests, and also being around exotic wildlife. Key duty Negotiation and closing sales. Inculded will be Marketing tasks requested by Management.

Duties will include:

• Answering office phones and creating bookings/reservations for guests who would like to do a wildlife experience, wildlife encounter, or/and tours
• Maintaining the office organized and tidy
• Checking in and greeting guests as they arrive to the Foundation
• Receiving payments over the phone or in person via POS system
• Provide general information about our different packages and services
• Escorting guests to their encounter area when needed
• Providing wristbands to all guests
• Provide quotes for experiences when asked by guests and book them
• Provide sales support for closing reservations
• Adding guest reservation into calendar application and provide scheduling control
• Completing additional tasks as directed per management pertaining to Booking Office functions
• Will be handling Event Coordinator tasks assigned by Management
