Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indian, AK. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating deals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful client solutions, and tracking performance metrics. The role requires a proactive mindset, a commitment to achieving targets, and the ability to foster partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Negotiation
  • Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver Business Proposals and Presentations
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Performance Tracking Tools
  • Understanding of Adtech and Digital Marketing trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the technology or advertising industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and independently
