HIRING: TOP-TIER EXCAVATOR OPERATOR in MIDDLEBURG, PENNSYLVANIA
Let's be clear - this is NOT a "learn on the job" position. If you need constant direction, this isn't for you.
We're looking for an operator who can get in the seat, understand the job, and execute it right without supervision.
THE ROLE:
- Precision excavation for residential & commercial projects
- Grading, site prep, and clean finishes that don't need rework
- Working efficiently with a crew that expects you to pull your weight
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid, real-world excavator experience (no beginners)
- You can trench straight and grade properly
- You can run backhoes, excavators, rollers and dump trucks
- You show up on time - every time
- You don't need to be told everything twice
- You take ownership of your work
DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You've only run equipment "a little"
- You need constant supervision
- You're unreliable or job-hop every few months
