Job Description:

Zoni Language Centers is looking for a proactive and bilingual Campus Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our campus in Peru. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating key campus functions such as admissions, student services, marketing, and facility management. You will work closely with staff and students to maintain a positive, efficient, and supportive environment, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in line with Zoni's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Work with the operations team to manage daily activities across various departments, including admissions, student services, marketing, and facilities.
• Campus Operations: Ensure seamless daily campus operations, including opening and closing the school on assigned days.
• Policy Enforcement: Support the implementation and enforcement of Zoni’s policies and procedures to maintain a professional and effective environment.
• Student Relations: Address and resolve student complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule Management: Assist with class scheduling, new course initiation, and providing weekly updates to the team.
• Refund Processing: Handle all refund requests according to company policy.
• Sales Accountability: Take responsibility for meeting sales goals and driving campus revenue.
• Campus Atmosphere: Create and maintain a positive campus culture, ensuring a pleasant work environment for employees and an effective study environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or leadership role in an educational setting is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage staff and promote a positive team environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and the ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with using digital tools and software to manage operations and communication.
