Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned to grade-level standards and student needs
- Provide specially designed instruction in inclusive settings, including co-teaching, small group, and resource support
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure all students have access to rigorous, high-quality instruction
- Use data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction to maximize growth
- Create a structured, supportive classroom environment where students feel valued and empowered
- Promote student independence, self-advocacy, and respect for diversity
- Communicate consistently with families and team members to support student success
- Actively engage in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) focused on continuous improvement
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.
