We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team supporting the movement of critical components and systems for advanced unmanned aircraft programs. This role is essential to maintaining the precision and reliability our government customers depend on, handling everything from sensitive avionics components to complete aircraft systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

Daily Operations 

• Ship and receive aerospace components, avionics, and aircraft parts with exceptional attention to detail 

• Package, label, and document materials following quality standards and government compliance requirements 

• Use ERP systems to scan, verify, and track all materials ensuring complete traceability 

• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, especially sensitive electronics and precision hardware 

Inventory & Documentation 

• Enter data accurately into ERP systems maintaining real-time component visibility 

• Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and material tracking for active programs 

• Maintain detailed documentation ensuring full audit trail compliance 

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams on time-sensitive components 

Safety & Compliance 

• Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S and aerospace safety standards 

• Follow safety protocols for handling sensitive electronics and hazardous materials 

• Report safety issues, damaged goods, or compliance concerns promptly 

• Support federal contractor requirements including security protocols 

Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma 

• 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience, preferably aerospace/defense/high-tech 

• ERP system proficiency 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure 

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and operate material handling equipment 

• Excellent communication skills 

• U.S. citizenship (security clearance eligibility required) 

Preferred: 

• Government contractor shipping experience (ITAR/EAR compliance) 

• Forklift certification 

• Aerospace/defense manufacturing background

Note about our Texas roles: we are in the process of opening a location on the mid-west side of the DFW metro region. Roles in Texas will initially work remotely and then be expected to be onsite when that location opens in 2026.
