Zone IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive desktop support, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware and software in a corporate environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience for all end users.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a desktop support role or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and repair, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Proficient in Active Directory, user account management, and mobile device management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems for service management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
