Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for a Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to identify their needs, conducting product presentations, and offering tailored solutions from Zone 5’s energy efficiency services. The Sales Specialist will be expected to manage and develop customer relationships, provide ongoing support, achieve sales goals, and contribute to training and sales team management as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Capabilities in Sales Management and Training to support team development and overall strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic team settings
- Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in the energy efficiency sector or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
