What You’ll Do:

Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend 2–3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
• Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
• Mark findings on provided site maps
• Track mileage and time
• Return completed folders to your managers
