EHS Specialist — Join Our EHS Tech Team!
Position Summary:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to support our fast-paced tech industry environment. You’ll serve as a key operational partner to our regional EHS leadership, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of safety across corporate offices, content production sites, and high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional EHS Manager to deliver daily operational support to business partners.
- Ensure compliance with corporate EHS programs and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead and coordinate EHS incident response and investigations, promoting continuous improvement.
- Conduct site inspections and audits, and develop action plans to address findings.
- Assist in developing and implementing EHS programs, policies, training, and committees aligned with corporate standards.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver health and wellness initiatives, ergonomic programs, and employee assistance resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, engineering, science, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with a relevant academic background—or 1–2 years of experience—are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Basic familiarity with EHS concepts is helpful, but strong knowledge is not required—just a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements preferred.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to develop high-quality reports and documentation.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to meet business needs.
