Position Summary
Zona Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a Part Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to provide therapeutic massage services within our recovery-focused wellness center. This position is structured as an Independent Contractor (1099), offering flexible scheduling and commission-based earnings.
The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and skilled in therapeutic and deep tissue techniques. This role integrates with our whole body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and red light therapy services to enhance client recovery and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Perform 30, 60, and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions
Provide high-quality deep tissue and recovery-focused treatments
Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism
Encourage client rebooking and long-term care plans
Maintain active Georgia license and liability insurance
Document services as required
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia Massage Therapy License
Professional liability insurance
Strong knowledge of therapeutic and deep tissue techniques
Excellent communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Preferred:
1 year experience
Experience in wellness or recovery environment
Compensation Structure
40% commission per service
Opportunity to increase to 45% based on performance and volume
Tips are 100% retained by therapist
Paid per service performed
