We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, packing, shipping, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records using shipping, inventory, and CRM software systems. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL, etc.)
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in inventory and CRM systems
- Process returns, replacements, and exchanges as needed
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal teams
- Ensure all orders meet quality control standards before shipment
- Keep warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Communicate order status, shortages, or issues to operations and customer service teams
Software & Systems
- Proficient in shipping platforms and label generation
- Must have Experience using ShipStation and CRM and inventory management systems (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, Salesforce,Shopify, or similar)
- Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and basic reporting tools
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40–50 lbs]
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience with medical devices, DME, or regulated products a plus
