Auto Technician – Full Time
The Technician is responsible for the the company’s vehicle fleet and fleet facility. They will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and condition of vehicles, and will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and minimize operational costs.
This position reports to the Director of Administrative & Transport Operations.
Responsibilities
Schedule and monitor routine maintenance and repairs for all fleet vehicles.
Ensure vehicles comply with safety regulations.
Maintain a record of all service schedules, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate with external repair shops and service providers for specialized maintenance.
Must be able to function in a sometimes stressful and hectic environment.
Must continually monitor and enforce biosecurity protocols.
Must maintain facility cleanliness and upkeep, and coordinate building maintenance with the operations manager when necessary.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet.
Experience Requirements / Compensation
- Two years management, automotive tech or delivery experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred
- Work is split approximately 80% hands-on / 20% administrative
