We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events, organize materials, and support successful event operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up event areas before promotional activities.
- Help organize event materials for efficient setup and use.
- Assist with transporting and positioning event supplies as needed.
- Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
- Assist team members with event preparation and daily activities.
- Help ensure promotional materials and displays are properly arranged.
- Support event staff during customer-facing activities when needed.
- Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members.
- Follow established safety and workplace guidelines.
- Work efficiently to complete setup activities on schedule.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks.
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving event materials.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
