Starting at $11/hr with a transparent, structured raise system.
No guessing. No waiting a year. No “maybe later.”

First 90 Days: Monthly Performance Check-Ins

Every 30 days, you’ll meet with leadership to review progress, ask questions, and get support. We want you set up for success — not stressed or confused.

Raise Structure — Every 140 Hours Worked

At each 140-hour milestone, you’ll have a performance review.

To earn a raise, you must meet 5 out of 7 performance standards:

• Attendance – Reliability and consistency
• Accuracy – Correct booking, checkouts, timing, and notes
• Communication – With guests, team, and management
• Engagement – Staying productive, learning promos, limiting personal phone use
• Salon-Approved Verbiage – Greeting scripts, check-in, check-out, rebooking, phone
• Systems & Processes – Meevo steps, discounts, new guest flow, open/close
• Sales Performance – Add-ons, promos, retail awareness

-Meet 5/7 → Eligible for a $0.50 raise
-Review points: 140 hours, 280 hours, 420 hours

After completing all three checkpoints, further raises are performance-based, with sales and guest experience as key drivers.

Hours & Availability (Please Read Carefully)

We’re hiring for:

• Part-time: 16–24 hours per week
• Full-time: 32 hours per week

We’re especially interested in candidates who enjoy:

• Day shifts
• Mid-day shifts

However, this role requires availability during prime business hours, which include evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Availability Expectations:

• Availability for an average of at least 12 prime hours per week is required
• Prime hours include:
• Weekdays after 4:00 PM
• All day Friday
• All day Saturday
• Scheduling within those hours varies based on business needs
• We are closed Sundays

We can work with some scheduling restrictions — but frequent last-minute changes, limited prime-hour availability, or excessive time off will not be a good fit for this position.

What You’ll Do as a Sales & Guest Experience Specialist

This role blends guest experience, sales, and front desk operations.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Educating guests on services, promos, and retail
• Recommending add-ons that enhance the guest experience
• Handling appointments, calls, check-ins, and checkouts
• Supporting salon flow, cleaning, and laundry
• Setting goals and celebrating wins with leadership
